SUPER easy slow cooker Honey Garlic Chicken

This one is a WINNER, my friends.  Just tried it last night for the first time.  Served it with mashed potatoes and broccoli and I have to say I think it was one of the most delish meals I’ve ever made – not to mention one of the easiest!

When I said I was going to post SIMPLE recipes with very few ingredients I wasn’t kidding!  Check it out:

Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Chicken

What you’ll need:

1 – 2 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thawed
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/3 cup of soy sauce
2/3 cup of ketchup
1/4 cup of honey

Mix garlic, soy sauce, ketchup and honey together in the slow cooker until well blended.
Add the chicken breasts and cover in sauce.

Cook for 3 – 4 hours on high or 5 – 6 hours on low.

SO GOOD!

Naturally I forgot to take a picture of the finished product.  This doesn’t surprise me in the least.  lol.
Trust me, it looked amazing, tasted phenomenal and SMELLED even better!

Enjoy!

Congrats on the wee one and thanks so much for stopping in! Please do let me know how the chicken turns out, I hope it was well received!
I actually like using the slow cooker even in the summer.. I find it doesn’t heat the house as much as the oven does.
      Thanks again, and welcome!
